Jonesboro- Sarah Wortham formerly of Cash, resided in Jonesboro for 30 years passed from this life February 7, 2014.
She leaves behind three sons, Farris Wortham of Jonesboro, Danny Wortham and Steve Wortham both of the Melbourne area; seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was formerly a member of Cash Church of Christ. Mrs. Wortham was an active member of the Nettleton Church of Christ. She along with her late husband, Harold Wortham owned a farm in the Cash area. She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.
A celebration of her life will be 2:00 pm, Monday, February 10, 2014 at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home with Jimmy Young officiating. Burial will follow at Johnson Cemetery in Cash.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 pm, Sunday, February 9, 2014 at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home, 300 W. Matthews Ave.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are Seth Wortham, Bobby Wortham, Larry Wortham and Norman Bowers.
