Sarah Adalene Sandusky, 41, of Pocahontas, passed away Saturday, June 5, 2021 at home.

She was born July 16, 1979, in Pocahontas to Pamela Hayes Sandusky.

Sarah loved watching cartoons on the big television that her Uncle Larry had gotten her, The Beatles, Alabama, and a lot of other music. She also loved snuggling with momma, and loved having her cousins around to watch tv with. Sarah had sparkling brown eyes and a dimpled smile. She was loved by all.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Sherman and Adalene Hayes; cousins, Tara, Sean, Craig, and Andy; and Aunt Thelma (Donnie).

Sarah is survived by her mother, Pamela Sandusky; uncles, Rick (Tonna) Hayes and Larry Hayes; aunts, Kay (Pat) Adams, Patsy (Frank) Simington, and Judy (Steve) King; and many cousins.

Visitation will be Tuesday, June 8, 2021, 5-8 P.M in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home. Services will also be at McNabb Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at 10 A.M. with Matthew Donner officiating. Burial will follow services at Wells Cemetery in Dalton.

Those honored to carry Sarah to her final resting place will be Mark Donner, Mark Hayes, Angie Deatherage, Chris Nichols, Brent King, and Gary King.

Honorary Pallbearers are Timmy King, Stephen King, Eric Hayes, and Chris Adams.
