Sandra Kay Oaks, 60, of Pocahontas entered her heavenly home on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.
Sandra was born in Pocahontas on November 30, 1965, to the late Bill and Drucilla Oaks. She had a vibrant personality and never met a stranger. Sandra loved wrestling, watching her favorite tv show Ridiculousness, enjoyed spending time with family and friends, crafts, socializing with others at ARISA Health, and was often considered the life of the party. Her laughter, kindness, and joyful spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She was of the Church of Christ faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Drucilla Oaks; and her brother, Bobby Oaks; sister-in-law, Esther Oaks.
Sandra leaves behind many cherished memories with her family, including her nieces, Beverly Oaks, Cynthia Oaks, and Trina (Shane) Swift; nephews, Billy (Shannon) Oaks, Michael (Heather) Johnson, and George Hunter; great-nieces and great-nephews, Billy “Bub” (Alyssa) Oaks, Brianna Oaks, Shanelle (Kizach) Washington, Rebekah Swift, Destiny Swift, Jaila Johnson, Kendra Johnson, Breona Johnson, Amarah Johnson, Gavin Wright, and Deavion “DJ” Binion; great-great-nieces and nephews, Kai Washington, Kai Oaks, and Paisley Oaks; siblings, Billy Joe Oaks of Festus, Missouri, and Mona Lesa Oaks of Pocahontas; sister-in-law, Mary Oaks of Jonesboro; special friends, Cheryl Kercheval and Tina Carlson; along with many other cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever treasure her memory.
Visitation will be held Friday, May 15, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. in the McNabb Funeral Home Chapel, followed by a 4:00 p.m. graveside service at Randolph Memorial Gardens with Joshua Dement officiating.
