Obituary
Sedgwick- Sammie Glenn Vance, 63, passed away Wednesday December 21, 2016 as result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born February 7, 1953 in Jonesboro to the late Glennwood "Peck" And Charlotte Le Mew Vance.
He will be remembered as a loving brother and uncle. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting as well as having fun with friends.
Survivors include his sister, Jean Craft and husband Rohn; nephews, Drew and Rebekah Craft and Jesse Craft; great nieces and nephews, Cora, Sutton and Boston Craft, all of Jonesboro.
Graveside services will be 2:00 pm, Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery, with longtime friend Dennis Truxler officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Gregg Langford Bookout Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to Sedwick United Methodist Church or NEA Humane Society.
