Ruthie Mae Triplett, 88, of Pocahontas passed away January 19, 2023 at PHRC.

Ruthie was born July 23, 1934 in Fayette, AL. to the late John and Turie Vaughn Shaffer

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Turie Vaughn Shaffer; sons, Benny Stalnaker of Pocahontas, AR., Kenneth Stalnaker of Stockholm, Sweden; and brothers, Lucas Ray Shaffer and John Shaffer JR.

She is survived by one daughter, Glenda Brumley of Graham, Tx.; daughter in law, Iga Stalnaker of Sweden; two grandsons, Nicholas Stalnaker and Jeremy Stalnaker of Pocahontas, AR.; sister, JoAnn Shaffer Jorgenson of Alabama; and brothers, Allen Shaffer and Jim Shaffer of Elkhart, Indiana.

Ruthie had 7 grandkids, 10 great grandkids, 5 great-great grandkids and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation has been chosen as the final disposition.

All services are under the direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
