Ruth Ellen Potter, 93, of Imboden passed away August 23, 2022 in Jonesboro.  She was born August 28, 1928 to the late Rhea Starr and Ellen Phillips Starr in Imboden.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Rhea and Ellen Starr; husband, Cecil Potter; siblings, Lillian Hackworth, Mary DePriest, Ray Starr Jr., Everette Starr, Herbert Starr, Roberta Stephens and Virginia Castleman.

Ruth is survived by her son, Ronald Potter of Jonesboro and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held 10:00-11:00 am Thursday August 25 at the Imboden First Assembly Church with Michael Bradley officiating. Funeral to follow at 11:00 am. Burial at Hope Cemetery following services.
