Harrisburg- Ruth Messer, 80, passed away Friday, December 14, 2012. She was born August 30, 1931 in Harrisburg to the late O. V. and Frances Cox. She married Melvin Messer on December 20, 1947 and they enjoyed 65 years together until his death in July of this year.
