Mrs. Ruth Jeanette (Chisenhall) Lee of Harrisburg, departed this life Monday, April 18, 2016, at the NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, at the age of 78. She was born August 11, 1937 in Lake City, AR, the daughter of the late Fred Chisenhall and Freda Walker Chisenhall. Jeanette was a graduate of Lake City High School in 1955. She married her loving and devoted husband, Donald Lee of Dixie, AR, on October 29, 1955, and they shared over 60 years together. She was a member of the Greenfield Baptist Church where she taught the Adult Women's Sunday School Class for 25 years. She enjoyed fishing, reading, and sewing, and spending time with family and friends. Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Donna Neal, five brothers, J.W. Chisenhall, Fred B. Chisenhall, Charles Hoyt Chisenhall, Duane Chisenhall and David Bruce Chisenhall, and one sister, Dorothy Jean Chisenhall. She is survived by her husband, Donald Lee of the home, two sons, Donald Ray Lee, Jr. of the home, and Charles Kelley Lee (Sonya) of Rogers, AR, five grandchildren, Daniel Neal (Denise), Brandon Hoyt Neal (Jennifer), Matthew Sean Lee (Bailey), Jennifer Kirk (Brad), and Jalen Lee, two step grandchildren, Sarah and Amanda Emison and three great grandchildren, Brayden Kirk, Brittain Lee and Ryder Neal, and many other extended family members and friends. Graveside Funeral services are set for 10:00 a.m. Thursday, at the Pine Log Cemetery in Brookland with Rev. Michael Criner officiating. Gregg-Weston Funeral Home of Harrisburg is in charge of arrangements. Friends may visit at the funeral home Wednesday evening, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Daniel Neal, Matt Lee, Brandon Neal, Jalen Lee, Bradley Kirk, and Steven Gann.
