Jonesboro- Ruby Jean Walley, 87, passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2019 in Jonesboro.
She was born April 19, 1932 in Lepanto to the late Obie and Arvie Franks McMinn. Ruby and Yancy enjoyed over seventy-one years together.
She is survived by her husband, Yancy Walley; two sons, Samuel Walley (Donna) of Bloomington, IL and Steven Walley of Carol Stream, IL; a sister, Sammye Mejia (Norman) of Houston, Texas; two grandchildren, Joshua Walley of Plano, Texas and Samantha Walley of Leroy, IL;
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Ivaline Downs.
All services are private under the direction of Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Diabetes Association or Alzheimer's Association.
