Lake City- Ruby Arlene Robbins McClelland, 90, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Lakeside Nursing Center. She was born September 20, 1920 in Malvern to the late Garland and Colena Mae Robbins. She was homemaker, an activities director at Lane's Nursing Home and piano teacher. She was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.
