Obituary
Lake City- Ruby Lynette Huntley, 70, passed away Thursday, February 27, 2020 at her home.
She was born April 13, 1949 in Caraway. She was a dietary cook at Monette Manor for several years.
She is survived by her children, David Harris and Judy Chamberlain; her mother, Betty Henry; a grandson, Nathaniel Chamberlain; two sisters, Glenda Martin and Rebecca Maple; a brother, Bud Caldwell and many nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Huntley Jr.; father, Hershel Caldwell; a sister, Margaret Dawson and a niece, Lisa McFall.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at Gregg Funeral Home in Monette.
A celebration of her life will be 1:00 pm Wednesday at Gregg Funeral Home with Josh Parnell officiating. Interment will follow at Monette Memorial Cemetery.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are Gale Harris, Kevin Pyburn, Michael George and Earnest Coker and honorary pallbearer, Nathaniel Chamberlain.
