Rose Ellen Orr of Harrisburg, Arkansas, passed away at her home on Saturday, February 11, 2023, at the age of 59.

She was born in Jonesboro, Arkansas, on November 6, 1963, the daughter of the late David Ragsdale and Cecilia Ruesewald Ragsdale of Weiner.

Rose was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Weiner and was the District eSchool Coordinator for Valley View Public Schools.  She was preceded in death by her father, a daughter Rosa Lee Orr, and a granddaughter, Ellie-Jane Orr.

She is survived by her fiancée, Lee Blagg of Harrisburg, her mother, Cecilia Ragsdale of Weiner, six children, Janna Orr, Matthew (Ashley) Orr of Harrisburg, Steven (Aubreigh) Orr of Brookland, Caitlin (Jack) Guthrie of Weiner, Jared Orr of Harrisburg, and Megan Orr of Paragould, eight grandchildren, Ethan Orr, Riley Orr, Elliette Orr, Justin Guthrie, Oakley Mills, Bekket Soles, Creid Ferguson and Rosie Orr, three brothers and four sisters, Lee (Sonya) Ragsdale, Patrick (Erika) Ragsdale, Karen (Rodney) Dunlap, Alice Ragsdale and Susan Webb of Jonesboro, Brian Ragsdale and Dorothy (James) Grissom of Harrisburg, and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Monday, February 13, 2023, at Gregg-Weston Funeral Home in Harrisburg from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.  Rosary will be at 7:00 p.m.  Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Weiner with Father Tuyen Do officiating.

Pallbearers will be Lee Ragsdale, Patrick Ragsdale, Brian Ragsdale, Tommy Fitzgerald, Terry Jenkins and Jimmy "Fish" Witt.
