Harrisburg- Roberta Sue "Shorty" Dockery, 70, passed away Saturday, May 16, 2020 at her home.
She was born March 31, 1950 in Lawton, OK to the late Robert and Bertha Jackson Caldwell. Roberta had worked at Bobby Brook's Sewing Factory, Doughboy Pool Company and Cedar Chemical all in West Helena and a security guard at St. Bernards Medical Center. She enjoyed sewing, reading, watching movies and shopping. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with her church family and at the Harrisburg Senior Life Center.
She is survived by her children, Mike Cheek (Jenni) of Harrisburg and Meredith Miller (Brett) of Wynne; a sister, Linda Cross of Byhalia, MS; a brother, Ricky Caldwell (Judy) of Austin; grandchildren, Blake, Katelynn, Nicole, Alek, Micah, Garrett, Zoe, Chevy, Autumn and Angel; great-grandchildren, Eli, Ace, Aleeah, Elizabeth, Carter, Kali, Ryker and Riot.
A visitation will be from 2:00 until 3:00 pm Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at Gregg- Weston Funeral Home.
Funeral will be at 3:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
