Monette- Robert Dean Trammel, 79, passed away Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Flo \u0026 Phil Jones Hospice House.
He was born February 25, 1940 in Monette to the late R. M. and Willene Trammel. Robert served his country proudly in the United States Army. He sold I.H. farm equipment for many years at Ball Hout Implement in Monette and sold vehicles at Carlock Dealership in Blytheville. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and loved being with his wife, children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Trammel; a sister, Macine Hughes of Jonesboro; his children, Jeff Trammel of Taos, New Mexico and Lori McKinney (Bob) of Collierville, TN; grandchildren, Mason Johnson and Lilly Johnson of Collierville and a nephew, Robert Earl Walden of Jonesboro.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, Donald Trammel.
A celebration of his life will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Gregg Funeral Home with Revs. Jerry Reed and Rusty Bird officiating. Interment will follow at Monette Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from noon until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
Honored to serve as pallbearer are Jimmy Adams, Seth Towles, Caesar Marroquin, Allen Dewitt, Phillip Duffel and Fred Heise.
