Pocahontas - Robert Eugene Ley, 70, passed away Monday, August 3, 2009 at Five Rivers Medical Center with a 3 year battle with Pancreatic cancer. Born September 8, 1938 to the late Robert L. \u0026 Regina Ley in Lima, OH.He is survived by wife, Carolyn Ley of the home. Two sons. Robert A. (Peggy) Ley of Columbia, SC. And David A. (Judy) Ley of Debary, FL. Two daughters, Rebecca C. Lindsay of Huntsville, AL. \u0026 Denise Hare of Edmond, OK. Five grandchildren; Christina Eaton, Robert and Emily Ley, and Rachel and Ashley Ley. Step-mother, Elizabeth Ley of Florence, KY. Two brothers, Stanley and Stephen Ley of Ohio. Five sisters; Suzanne Rust of GA, Sharon Acra of TX, Sheila Ley of Kentucky, Stephanie Harrison of FL, and Sandra Sodeman of N.C. Service will be Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with James Coker officiating.Visiation will be from 4:00 PM till Service. Burial will be Friday, August 7, 2009 in Greensburg, IN. At the South Park Cemetery.Service will be Friday at Gilland-Howe Funeral Home 12:00 Friday with visitation from 10:00 AM till Service.Memorials may be made to the Pocahontas Missionary Baptist Church or the American Cancer Society.
