Jonesboro- Robert E Lee, 75, passed away Monday, November 2, 2020 at St. Bernards Medical Center.
He was born November 5, 1944 in Jonesboro to the late Junious "Red" and Margree Smith Lee. He was a truck driver. He loved to eat, sleep, his cowboy hats and cigars and to watch westerns and was a big John Wayne fan. He was always happy and content and enjoyed life.
He is survived by his children, Bobby Lee (Lorie) of Bono, Dlena Taylor (Butch) of Florida, Pennie Allred and Matthew Lee; sisters, Lena Winn, Shirley Davis (Lloyd) and Carolyn (Curt) and a brother, Ray Lee (Kay); several loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lee.
A graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Lorado Cemetery under the direction of Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Judes.
All attendees must wear masks and observe social distancing guidelines
