Black Oak- Robert Preston Hargrove, 62, passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2013. He was born on May 11, 1951 in Jonesboro to the late Floyd and Velma Hargrove and lived in this area all of his life. He was a 1969 graduate of Monette High School. He was a truck driver and a member of the Black Oak Baptist Church. He is survived by an aunt, Olivia Johnson of San Antono, Texas; a nephew and his wife, Bryan and Kelly Hargrove of Fayetteville, NC; two great- nephews; a great-niece and a great-great nephew and several cousins. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Floyd Lynn Hargrove. A memorial service will be 1:00 pm, Saturday, July 13, 2013 at Black Oak Baptist Church with Chub Qualls officiating. Burial will be private. Visitation will be from noon until time of service at the church.
