Jonesboro - Robert "Bob" Gerald Collier, 76, passed away Monday, October 29, 2012 . Born December 24, 1935 in Clarendon, AR. to the late Emil and Pauline Collier. He is survived by wife, Fay Collier of the home, two daughters; Dayna and husband John Difani and Nancy Nicholson both of Pocahontas. Son, Chris and wife Judy Collier of Pocahontas, nine grandchildren; Claire and husband Coty Cox, Jeremy Collier, Austin Collier, Abby Difani, Adrienne Difani, Drake Difani, Mathew Collier, Kane Nicholson and Katie Collier and one great grandson, Cash Cox. Five brothers; Mike Collier of California, Max Collier of Missouri, Joe Collier of Tennessee, Jerry Collier of Oregon and Mark Collier of Washington and one sister, Karla Braun of Arkansas. Mr. Collier started County Glass Company in 1973. Later founded NEA Trophies of Northeast Arkansas in 1992 and remained active until his death. He was very civic minded in the community and served on the Pocahontas City Council. He was also very active with the youth basketball and softball association and was the Baptist belief. Funeral service will be held Thursday, November 01, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of McNabb Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. Pallbearers include: John Difani, Jeremy Collier, Austin Collier, Mathew Collier, Drake Difani Kane Nicholson and Coty Cox.
