Robert Edward Burnett of Jonesboro, departed this life Thursday at the age of 35.

He was born 12-24-1987 in Jonesboro to Chris Burnett and Julia Womble Burnett. He was a 2006 graduate of Harrisburg High School and then attended ASU in Newport getting his degree in Diesel Mechanics. Robert loved playing golf and was a member of Masonic Lodge in Marked Tree.

He was preceded in death by his mother Julia Burnett.

He is survived by his father Chris Burnett; five children, Zander, Mycah, Seamus, Silas and Julia Burnett all of Jonesboro; a sister, Christy (Michael) Steele of Maumell and a brother , William (Misty) Burnett of Little Rock.

Pallbearers will be Bo Hubbard, Shane Gregory, Blake Gamble, Moses Thompson, Lucian Linxwiler and Jeff Snell. Honorary pallbearers are Gary Ellis, David Stuart and Shane Chastain.

Funeral services are set for 1:00 p.m. Saturday , at the Gregg-Weston Funeral Home Chapel . Internment will follow in Harrisburg Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home Saturday, noon-1:00 p.m.
