Rickie C. Hutson, 68, of Pocahontas, passed away Friday, January 5, 2024 at home.

Rickie was born September 6, 1955 in Rockford, IL to Roy and Peggy (Johnson) Hutson.  He was a veteran of the Army and worked at Orkin Pest Control.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy Hutson, Arlan Ring and Peggy Ring; brother, Edward Hutson; and sister, Debra Hutson.

Rickie is survived by his wife, Robin Hutson; daughters, Tami Sponsel and Lisa Simpkins; sons, Rick Hutson, Jeremiah Rupe Hazen, and Jason McKinney Hazen; grandchildren, Brianna Dickson, Allysia Sponsel, Mackenzie Hutson, R.J. Hutson, Braxton Rupe, Inara Rupe, Chandler Rupe, Andrew Rupe, Kataline Collins, Whitley McKinney, Jonathan Skaggs, Tatum McKinney, and Drake McKinney; great-grandchildren, Nevaeh Dickson, Brynton Dickson, Adalyn Rupe, Izzy Rupe, Analyn Hurst, and Benny Hurst; and brother, John Ring.

Services will be held at a later date under the direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
