Mr. Richard Lee Weeks of Harrisburg, departed this life Sunday, July 21, 2013, at his home, at the age of 54. He was born April 21, 2013, in West Memphis, Arkansas, the son of Herman Lee Weeks and Dorothy Jean Reed Weeks. Ricky was employed at Southern Brown Rice in Weiner as a Maintenance Supervisor. He was known as a "Jack of all trades" and could fix anything. He loved working on old vehicles and was an avid collector of vintage products and antiques. Ricky loved spending times with his grandkids and was a proud Razorback Fan. He was of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his father, Herman Lee Weeks in 2004 and by a nephew, Allen Grimsley. He is survived by one son, Jonathan Weeks, two daughters, Stacy Weeks and Sarah Weeks, his mother, Jean Weeks, a sister, Debbie Costner and her husband Ollie, one niece, Tabitha Greenway, and three grandchildren, Makayla Cutlip, Jax Mross and Nathaniel Lee Weeks, all of Harrisburg. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10:00 a.m., at the Gregg-Weston Funeral Home Chapel in Harrisburg, with Rev. Captain Lovell officiating. Interment will follow in Bolivar Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home Tuesday evening, 6:00-8:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Tommy Grubbs, Jim Stacy, Joey Robertson, Tim Miller, David Gardner, and Dustin Weeks. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Cullins, Craig Stringer, Jamie Pugh, Bob Snapp and Nick Burnett. Those wishing to send memorials are asked to consider the Harrisburg First Baptist Church.
