Obituary
Richard Earl Belcher, 69 of St. Louis, MO passed away October 1, 2021 in Las Vegas. He was born January 28, 1952, to the late Edgar (Smokey) E. Belcher and Virginia Ravinell Stuard Belcher in California.
Richard was preceded in death by his wife Shelly Belcher and his parents Edgar(Smokey) and Virginia(Nell) Belcher.
He is survived by his siblings, Robert (Wanda) Belcher of Tennessee, James (Cordelia) Belcher of Arkansas, John (Tammy) Belcher of Arkansas, Patricia (Tracy) Belcher of Arkansas and JoAnn (Brooks) Harris of Tennessee.
There will be a graveside service 10:00 A.M. Saturday October 16, in the Janes Cemetery.
All arrangements are under direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
