Pocahontas- Rhonda Beth Shimkus, 67, passed away on Monday, November 19, 2018 at home surrounded by loved ones.
Rhonda was born on August 8, 1951 in Chicago, IL to William and Isabella Kennedy-Neal Schlosser.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, William Schlosser.
She is survived by her husband, John Shimkus of the home; children, John Jr (Rhonda) Shimkus, Todd (Peggy) Shimkus, Mark (Tanya) Shimkus; grandchildren, Ashley, Noah, Johnny Ray, and Sky Shimkus; sisters, Barbara (Patrick) Coffee and Linda Guerrero.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 26, 2018 from 10-11 am at McNabb Funeral Home with a graveside service and burial following at 1 pm at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery at Birdeye with Adam Taitano officiating.
