Obituary
- Renee' Elizabeth Grissom, 39, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2017.
She was born August 6, 1977 in Jonesboro to Bruce and Deborah Housley Angel. Renee' received her Bachelor Degree in Social Work from Arkansas State University. She had worked for Department of Corrections in Newport and hospice in Jonesboro for several years. She loved painting and swimming with her son. She will be remembered as a loving mother, daughter and sister.
She is survived by parents, Bruce and Deborah Angel of Jonesboro; a son, Jude Brandon Grissom of Jonesboro; a sister, Ronda Copeland (Bryan) of Jonesboro; a nephew, Hudson Copeland; two nieces, Addison Copeland and Megan Parker; half-brother, Terry Angel of Jonesboro; several aunts, uncles, and other family.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Harold and Nettie Housley and Ethron and May Angel.
A celebration of her life will be 10:00 am Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bobby Floyd and Rev. Glen Putman. Interment will follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 pm Monday, August 7, 2017 at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.
