Randy Dean Ellington, 62, of Pocahontas, Arkansas, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at Lawrence Hall in Walnut Ridge, surrounded by loved ones.

Born on September 6, 1962, in Peoria, Illinois, Randy was the son of the late Charles Howard Ellington and Saluda Issis (Whitworth) Ellington. His journey through life was marked by his loving nature, warmth, and strong family ties. Randy was a devoted father, grandfather, and friend, and his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife, Rachel Marie Adams Ellington, and his sisters, Imogene Cook, Mae Murray, and Lucille Starling.

Randy leaves behind his cherished daughter, Sara (Jose) Lubian, along with his adored grandchildren: Kylie Patrick, Chance Patrick, Elijah Lubian, and Noah Lubian. He is also survived by his sister, Theda Crays, and brother, "Don" Ellington, along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends who will deeply miss his presence.

A visitation will be held from 3:00 to 4:00 PM on Friday, February 7, 2025, followed by a funeral service at 4:00 PM. Both services will be held at the McNabb Funeral Home Chapel.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to all who have supported them during this difficult time.
