Phyllis Lamberth Spikes passed away unexpectedly in Jonesboro, Arkansas, Wednesday, July 14, 2010. She was a member of the Jonesboro First United Methodist Church, Junior Auxillary, Jonesboro Chamber of Commerce, and served on the boards of the Salvation Army, Orpheum Theatre in Memphis, and the formerly known First Bank.
