STOKES-Phyllis Marie Fiedor, age 63, of Stokes, Arkansas departed this life and went home to be with the Lord April 2, 2008. Born February 10, 1945 in Walnut Ridge, Phyllis moved to Chicago in 1956 and returned to Arkansas in 1976. She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal belief. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow and Lois Malden of Shannon, one brother, Harlis Malden of Stokes, one niece, two nephews and mother and father-in-law, Chester and Helen Fiedor. Phyllis is survived by her husband of forty-four years, Richard Fiedor of Stokes. Phyllis had one set of twins, a daughter, Sherry Bailey and a son named Jeffry Fiedor. Sherry lives with her husband, Randy, and two daughters, Jessica and Marissa, in Walnut Ridge. Jeffry lives with his wife, Rhonda, and their daughter, Taylor, in O'Kean. Phyllis is also survived by one brother, Tom Malden, of Florida, one sister, Linda Ruiz, of Paragould, two sisters-in-law, Virgie Guth of Illinois and Carol Towery of Georgia, two nieces and eight nephews. A private memorial service is planned for a later date.
