Mr. Philip Cesar Phillips of Harrisburg, departed this life Tuesday at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro, at the age of 53.

He was born September 26, 1969 in Mexico, to Jack Phillips and Connie Aguilar Phillips. He was raised by Ruben Lozano Sr. and Sanjuanita Lozano.

He moved to Chicago at the age of 4 and was raised there. He was employed at Ruscorr for the past 3 years and prior to that he worked at TBC as a millwright. He married Jennifer Cheney on June 25, 2017 and they enjoyed 6 years together. He enjoyed music.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Phillips of the home. Four children, Cassandra (Chad) of Longview, TX, Jacob (Alex) Phillips of Dallas, TX, Jaclyn Pulver of Laredo, TX and Samuel (Rocio) Phillips of Laredo, TX, Four brothers, Ruben Lozano Sr. of Laredo, TX, Miguel Lozano of Odessa, TX, Edwardo Lozano of Mexico and Alejandro Lozano of San Diego, CA, One sister, Martha Lozano of Laredo, TX, Four Grandchildren, Jayden and Allison Madrigal, Robert and Alena Evans.

He will be cremated and memorial services will be held by the family at a later date.
