Jonesboro – Perry Lewis Osborn, 84, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2023. He was born in Jonesboro on October 19, 1938, to the late Perry G. Osborn and Laura Hopkins Moore.

Perry is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Judy DeClerk Osborn; children, Lisa Talley of Jonesboro, Stefanie (JB) Martindale of Conway, Jennifer (Tom) Neely of Frisco, TX, Angela Osborn of Wynne, Perry (Ginny) Osborn of Tallahassee, FL, and Emily (Stan) Kortan of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Nick Talley, Robert Talley, James Martindale, Gage Martindale, Olivia Osborn, Hannah Osborn; brother, George (Janice) Osborn and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by both his parents and his brothers, Jim Osborn and Paul Osborn.

Perry attended Subiaco Academy and Jonesboro High School where he played football, basketball and baseball and was part of the team when they won the 1956 Basketball State Championship. He graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and was a Captain in the infantry of the US Army Reserves. He joined his brothers, Jim and Paul, at Osborn & Osborn and worked there his entire career.

He loved sports, especially the Razorbacks and never missed watching a game. He also loved coaching his children's baseball and softball teams. Along with sports, he loved crappie fishing with his buddies.

Next to his family, Perry loved his church and the Word of God. He was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Men's Bible Group and was involved in RCIA and the prison ministry. Perry touched many lives through his Catholic faith.

Services will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2023, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. The rosary will be at 11a.m. with visitation immediately following, and a Memorial Mass at 12 p.m., officiated by Monsignor Scott Friend.
