Obituary
Nettleton- Peggy Lynn Johnston, 75, passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Flo \u0026 Phil Jones Hospice House.
She was born March 12, 1943 in Leachville to the late James and Hallie Griggs Formon. Peggy was of the Assembly of God faith and enjoyed gardening and bingo. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and sister.
She is survived by a daughter and her husband, Teresa and Bobby Upton of Trumann; a brother, Leeman Forman of Paragould; four grandchildren, Anthony Timms, Christopher Timms, Kacy Wortham, Justin Wortham and Misty Biby; eight great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Johnston; a son, David Wortham and several siblings.
A celebration of her life will be 1:00 pm, Friday, April 6, 2018 at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joey Rupard officiating. Interment will follow at Pine Log Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
