Paragould- Pearl Howell, 91, departed this life Tuesday, October 18, 2011. She was born February 20, 1920 to the late Tommy and Hattie Stephens. She was a long time resident of Paragould. She retired from the Greene County Library after 20 years. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Gernie Howell; four sisters, Evelyn Lackey, Joy Davis, Villie Shook, and Kaye Masters; and two brothers Elmo Stephens and Clifford Stephens. ...
