Mrs. Pauline Lindsey of Harrisburg, departed this life Saturday, April 14, 2018, at her daughter\u0027s home in Proctor, AR, at the age of 86.
She was born July 23, 1931 in Caruthersville, MO, the daughter of the late David Hampton and Mary Hamlett Hampton.
Pauline retired from Hershey Company in Memphis after many years of service. She enjoyed cooking, flowers and gardening. She was well known for her Banana Pudding. The love of her life was spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, five brothers and three sisters.
She is survived by one son, Eddie Lindsey (Jan) of Rosemark, TN, two daughters, Paula Conlee (Terry) of Proctor, and Pam Sweeney (Rodney) of Harrisburg, one step daughter, Sherry Vandermass (Jerry) of Grand Rapids, MI, one sister, Mildred Aaron of Darkmont, IN, seven grandchildren, Jeremy Conlee, Cody Conlee, Megan Conlee, Blake Sweeney, Landon Sweeney, Katie Lindsey, and Valerie Tague, and eight great grandchildren.
Funeral services are set for 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Gregg-Weston Funeral Home Chapel in Harrisburg with Rev. Kenny McMahan officiating. Interment will follow in Harrisburg Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home Wednesday, 1:00-3:00 p.m. Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers and Dylan Sweeney, Luke Smith, Owen Conlee and Levi Simonetti will serve as honorary pallbearers.
