Paul Spears, 91, of Ravenden Springs passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at his home.

He was born October 31, 1934 in Boone’s Camp, KY to the late Marion and Orpha Wicker Spears. He was a self-employed dozer operator and enjoyed working hard and being outdoors.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Marion and Orpha Spears; brothers, James and William (Jr.) Spears; and sisters, Onedia Randel and Ruby Jean Wasley.

Paul is survived by his wife, Mary Putney Spears; nieces, Kathy Inness, Angie (Roger) Baker, Kerri Spears, Lauren Higgins, and Brandy Spears; nephews, Eddie (Elizabeth) Spears, James Spears, David Spears, Alex Spears, and Sean Spears; sisters in law, Mae Spears and Vickie Spears; and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, September 4, 2026 from 4-6 PM in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home. Cremation will take place following the visitation.
