Pocahontas- Paul Lee Goings Jr. 73 passed away August 1, 2015 at home surrounded by his family. Paul was born June 26, 1942 to the late Paul Lee Sr and Nellie Irene Mitchell Goings in Peach Orchard, Arkansas. Paul was a retired United States Air Force Senior Master Sargent. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #692, Order of the Eastern Star- Olive Chapter #147, Charles Chapter #410 Past Grand Patron of State of Arkansas. He attended the First Free Will Baptist Church in Pocahontas. Paul is survived by his wife Jeanette Goings, children Patti (Corkey) Yates, Jennifer Dorman, Sarah Jobe, grandchildren Veronica (Jason) Rogers, Amanda (Devin) Cleek, Rebecca (Cody) McCallum, Cassandra Yates, Dylan Dorman, Maia Butts, Christopher Jobe, Kyle Jobe, Patrick Jobe and 6 great- grandchildren. Sisters Sue (Clarence) Rose, Jackie Weyer and Freida (Maury) Weiner. He is preceded in death by father Paul Goings Sr., mother Nellie Mitchell Goings, beloved son Paul "Lee" Goings III. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 4, 2015 from 5-7 p.m. at McNabb Funeral Home Chapel. Eastern Star tribute will be immediately following at 7 p.m. A funeral service celebrating his life will be held the following day Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the First Free Will Baptist Church with Nelson Henderson and Corkey Yates officiating. Burial will be at Chesser Cemetery with Full Military Honors preformed by the USAF.
