Jonesboro- Paul Duane Carr, 64, passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at Flo and Phil Hospice House. He was born December 6, 1946 in Caraway to the late Orin Lee and Dorcas June Hale Carr and graduated from Jonesboro High School in 1964. He served in the United States Air Force as M.
