Obituary

Patsy Earlene Thielemier, 90, of Pocahontas passed away Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro.

She was born November 19, 1930 in Pocahontas to the late William Osa, Sr and Myrtle Land Strange. On November 19, 1949 she was united in marriage to Raymond Thielemier. They were married 60 years when he passed away in July 2010.

Patsy was a hairdresser for more than 60 years and was very proud of her career and the many friends she made there. She loved being with her family and friends, traveling, golfing, and reading. She will be missed by her many relatives and friends. She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, William and Myrtle Strange; husband, Raymond Thielemier; one grandson; three brothers; and seven sisters.

She is survived by her two daughters, Debbie (Bill) Prichard and Janieca (Ron) Penn; two sons, Dennis (Susan) Thielemier and Wayne (Brenda) Thielemier; three granddaughters, Amy Prichard, Alicia (Brian) Bolzenius, and Candace (Travis) Baker; five grandsons, Dustin (Morgan) Penn, Kyle Thielemier, Matthew Thielemier, Chris Mosley, and Clay Mosley; great-grandchildren: Gisele, Owen, and Naomi Bolzenius; Gabrielle, Claire, and Beau Baker; Camryn, and Peyton Penn; three sisters-in-law; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 5, 2021 from 5-7 in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with a Rosary being said at 7 PM. Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 10 AM at St. Paul Catholic Church with Father Michael Wurtz officiating. Burial will follow in St. Paul Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Dustin Penn, Kyle Thielemier, Alicia Bolzenius, Brian Bolzenius, Chris Mosley and Clay Mosley
Honorary Pallbearers will be Amy Prichard, Matthew Thielemier and Candace Baker

In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to Donnie Martin Center and St. Paul's Parrish Life Center.
