Arnold, MO- Patsy Ann Stephens, 73 passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at St. Elizabeths Hospital in Belleville, Illinois. She was born June 29, 1936 in Leachville to the late Basil and Mabel Cochran and lived there until moving to Arnold in 1966.
