Harrisburg- Patsy Sims, 70, passed away Saturday November, 27, 2010 at her home. She was born February 6, 1940 in Harrisburg to the late W.L. "Gander" and Lois Denton Riley. Survivors include her husband, James Sims, one daughter, Jamie Sims, one brother, Johnny Riley, one sister, Maxine Williams.
