Patsy Raye Heineman

Patsy Raye Heineman, of Harrisburg, Arkansas, was born on August 14, 1945, the daughter of the late Oley and Luvenia (Bedwell) Costner, departed this life peacefully on December 18, 2025, at the age of 80.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, known for her kindness, generous heart, strength, and deep faith. Patsy never hesitated to help anyone in need and found joy in life’s simple blessings. She loved carefully gathered rocks, roses in bloom, hummingbirds, and the beauty of God’s creation. Gentle in spirit yet strong and feisty, she leaves behind memories that will always be cherished.

In addition to her parents and siblings, she was preceded in death by one son:

Tommy Ramsey. Two daughters:Tammy Keeling and Misty Lee.One grandson:

Jacob Heineman.She is survived by:her husband: Steve Heineman of the home.

Two sons:Jack Ramsey (Donna) of Harrisburg and Jeremy Heineman (Crystal) of Harrisburg. Two daughters:Jessica Heineman of Arizona and Jenny Heineman of Harrisburg. Along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will carry her love and memory forward.
