Harrisburg- Patsy Raye Caplinger, 75, of Harrisburg departed this life Thursday, October 26, 2017 at home.

She was born July 4, 1942 to the late Jake Tillery and Ottie Mae Miles Tillery in Harrisburg.
Mrs. Caplinger owned and operated her own business and was also a member of the Calvary Baptist church. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother who had a kind and giving heart. She loved animals and was known for taking in strays.

She is survived by her husband Billy Caplinger of the home; two daughters, Tina Caplinger and her Fiance' Greg Haner and Bailie Gartman all of Harrisburg; a grand-daughter, Melody Barrett of Harrisburg; two great-grandchildren, Kylie Barrett and Kasen Crawford both of Harrisburg; a brother, Wayne Tillery and his wife Debbie of Harrisburg.

She is preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Melody Renee Caplinger and a nephew Shawn Tillery.

A funeral service will be held 2 pm Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at the Gregg-Weston funeral home chapel with Pastor Matt Travis officiating. Interment will follow at Harrisburg Memorial Park Chapel.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 6 to 8 pm.

Jimmie Page, Jimmy Barrett, Dustin Weeks, Johnny Carrol, Terry Nelson and Gabe Mills will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Jetty Mills, Russell Page, Hunter Jones, Randy Jones, Raymond Earls Lyerly and Dustin Caplinger.
