Jonesboro-Mrs. Patricia Ann Williams, 71, passed away early Sunday, November 8, 2009, at Skill Care Nursing Home. She was born on April 7, 1938 at Paragould to the late Thomas and Juanita Wallace Akins. She was a graduate of Monette High School and lived most of her life in Jonesboro, was a retired sales associate with J. C. Penney and member of the Bowman Baptist Church.
