Jonesboro- Patricia Ann Dorton, 69, passed away Friday, October 7, 2022.

She was born April 29, 1953 in Ukiah, California to the late Grover and Leona Wellington Gent. She was a server, housekeeper, Avon Lady and had a computer company and a restaurant. She liked to travel seeing the United States and enjoyed sports, reading and loved her family dearly.

She is survived by Sam Porter and her children, Jessica Bates (Joel) and Chad Thompson; two grandsons, Hayden Thompson and Dylan Thompson and a brother, David Gent.

All services will be private under the direction of Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.
