Monette- Otis G. Guiltner, 80, died Saturday, October 11, 2008 at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born June 17, 1928 in Monette to the late Oliver Troy and Ethel Guiltner. He attended Turkey Run and Monette Schools and lived his entire life in the Monette and Lake City area.
