Bono- Opal Lee Hoaglan Felkins, 89, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2012 in Jonesboro. She was born December 24, 1922 in Big Sandy, Tennessee to the late Edward Miller and Eulah Jane Berry Winters. She was a homemaker and loved to quilt, cook, fish and enjoyed being around children. Mrs. Opal moved to Bono in 1977.
