Black Oak- Opal I. Cook, 93, passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2011at St. Bernards Medical Center. She was born May 8, 1918 in Cord to the late Frank and Lizzie Benton. She was a homemaker and a member of the New Hope Baptist Church in Caraway. She loved to crochet, read, working puzzles and her pets.
