Novella Parker, age 92, passed away on June 15, 2025 in the comfort of her home surrounded by family in Pocahontas Arkansas.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, sitting on her porch drinking coffee, being outdoors, playing cards, and reading her Bible.

She was born October 14, 1932 in Parma, Missouri to the late Fred and Daisy Ross Petty.

She was married to Charles Parker, who proceeded her in death on March 29, 1998.

Novella was a member of the Myrtle First Baptist Church. She worked for Missouri State as a stenographer and at frolic footwear.

She is survived by her six children, Debbie Taylor, Sherry Wren (John), Tonya Throesch (Dale), Tammie Baltz (Gerald), Charles Parker Junior, Robert Parker (Molly); 17 grandchildren. Damian Deloach (Kayla), Amanda Cissell (Jason), Cody Deloach (Rachel), Laura Thielemier (Lee), Megan Stapleton, Christina Cox (Eli), Daniel Turner, Johnathan Wren, Katie Haynes (Billy), Zachary Parker, Jacob Parker, Ethan Parker, Chloe Parker, Josh Turner, Angie Jones, Justin Parker, and Bailey Parker; and 20 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, siblings, and husband, she is preceded in death by her son Clearence McCullah and granddaughter Shaina Marie Throesch.

There will be a memorial visitation on Saturday, June 21, 2025 from 10:00 – 12:00 pm in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home followed by a graveside service held at Antioch Cemetery at 12:30 pm with Matthew Donner officiating.
