Pocahontas- Norman Moore, 81, passed away March 11, 2018 at Randolph Home surrounded by his family.
Norman was born March 25, 1936 in Pocahontas, AR to the late Loren and Bernice Abanathy Moore.
He had the gas station for 30 years and enjoyed retirement with his family. Norman and Eunice enjoyed going camping with family and friends in their RV. Norman had a few things he enjoyed saying to people: He never believed in lying unless its convenient or necessary, when you went to visit him he was never glad to see you he was always glad you got to see him and you could ask him how he was feeling and he would say "With my fingers" and smile at you. He didn't have a lazy bone in his body and he wasn't one to run from hard work. He always said he would rest when he went to his heavenly home. He always had a smile on his face. His dog Isabell was spoiled also, after tinkering with cars all day they would share ice cream.
Norman is survived by his wife, Eunice Moore; children, Becky (Bob) Voll, Debbie (Larry) Spargo, Rose Quast, Denise Huddleston; grandchildren, Ryan Haulcroft, Britney (Tommy) French, Devin (Crystal) Haulcroft, Bobbi (Brian) Brown, Donnie Voll, Kyle (Esperansa) Moore, Kandi Moore, Joseph (Maria) Quast, Kevin (Sara) Schulz; and 20 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Kenneth Moore; brothers, Ray and Claude Moore; sisters, Joy Morris and June Pett; and grandson, Benjamin Nease.
The family will accept friends and family Friday, March 16, 2018 from 1-2 p.m at McNabb Funeral Home Chapel with a funeral service immediately following with Nelson Henderson officiating. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Gardens.
