Monette- Norma Darlene Chrisco, 86, died Monday, December 21, 2020 in Conway.

She was born March 5, 1934, in Mangrum, to the late Cleburne and Juanita Harper Bowen. She was married to Duane Chrisco in 1952 and shortly after moved to Flint, MI to find employment. Darlene worked in various positions for General Motors and finished the last of her 35-year career in the shipping department of the metal-fab plant in Flint, MI. Darlene and Duane did everything together and enjoyed life to its fullest. Darlene enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed fishing, motorcycling, snowmobiling, traveling, golfing, playing ball, sewing, and quilting. She loved her son, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Carey Duane Chrisco (Karen) of Conway; a sister, Delores Faye Britt (Myrlen) of Hendersonville, TN; two grandchildren, Arlie Duane Chrisco of Conway; Amber Sanders (Scott) of Hot Springs; and two great-grandchildren, Layla Sanders; Tobey Sanders; and another great-grandchild on-the-way, Lily Sanders.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Duane Chrisco, and brother, Donald Ray Bowen.

The visitation will be from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Gregg Funeral Home in Monette.

A celebration of her life will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Gregg Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Reed, Josh Parnell and Carey Chrisco officiating. Interment will be at 2:30 p.m. at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.

All attendees must wear masks and observe social distancing guidelines.
