Las Vegas, Nevada-Norma June Berry Merryman formally of Monette, was born to Ola Jeffers Berry and Monroe "Monk" Berry on June 3, 1939 and passed away April 20, 2015. She was raised in Monette and graduated from Monette High School in 1957. She moved to Las Vegas in 1962 and resided there until her death. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elvis Earl Merryman; her parents Ola and Monk; two sisters; Ann Berry Green and Beverly Berry Hampton. She is survived by one sister, Patty Sue Berry Day of North Little Rock; three children, Marisa Merryman Hastings, Elvis Michael Merryman and Michael Price Merryman, all of Las Vegas; four grandchildren; Lindsey Higginbotham, Stephanie Sears, Steven Hastings, and Olivia Clary; eight great-grandchildren; Michael Price Jr., Anthony, Skylar, Silas, Lauren, Arianna, Cade and Connor. She also leaves her beloved dachshunds, Molly and Luke. Memorial service will be held at 2:00, Thursday, June 18th at Gregg Funeral Home in Monette. Visitation will begin one hour prior to service and burial following at Monette Cemetery.
