Obituary

Trumann- Nola Marie Rigsbee, 94, went to her heavenly home Saturday, December 10, 2016 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital.

She was born October 15, 1922 in Moberly, Missouri to the late John and Opal Claridy Lasser. She was a homemaker and had worked at Singer Company. Mrs. Rigsbee was an involved and active member of the First Pentecostal Church in Trumann for over sixty-one years. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by two daughters, Judy Nichols (Earnie) of Trumann and JoAnn Hatfield (Monte) of Lebanon, Missouri; grandchildren, Greg Moody and Steve Moody both of Atlanta, Georgia, Derek Moody of Florida, Kari Mullins (Jackie), Chad Peeler, Amy Dement (Lauren) and Shannon Peeler (Teri) all of Trumann; thirteen great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Everette "Jiggs" Rigsbee and a daughter, Gloria Gail Peeler.

A celebration of her life will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at First Pentecostal Church in Trumann with Rev. Murry Ray officiating. Interment will follow at Nettleton Cemetery under the direction of Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends from noon until 2:00 Tuesday at the church.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are her grandsons and great-grandsons, Chad Peeler, Shannon Peeler, Jackie Mullins, Trenton Mullins, Nolan Mullins and Lauren Dement and as honorary pallbearers, Derek Moody and Skylar Moody.
